The poll is based solely on feedback captured from an engagement survey of employees. We are thrilled to be included and thankful to our employees for their responses during the survey.
FootPrints was formed to create a different type of home care company. Our founders experienced some rather difficult times in finding care of their own aging parents and vowed to make a change in order to serve the underserved. They set out with a vision and mission to change the way home care business is perceived; to become the STANDARD by which all home care providers are measured; to become a 100-year old company with a multi-generational impact; and to create a best place to work so that our team members who do the valuable work of home care are appreciated for the noble, dignified work that they provide.
We have a ways to go to reach the 100-year mark, but we are thrilled that our goal of creating a best place to work is recognized. It’s a tribute to our staff and our sense of teamwork, serving those who need our care.
