FootPrints Home Care provides in-home senior care services in the central New Mexico region including Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Belen, Los Lunas, Santa Fe, Los Alamos, Moriarty and other surrounding communities.
We are a locally owned, medically licensed home care agency, founded in 2005 with the desire to be a blessing to those with whom we work. We are always looking for qualified home care aides, caregivers and administrative staff.

FootPrints hires staff not according to what you know, but according to who you are—your passion in serving our clients. We recognize there are individuals with a strong aptitude and desire to serve that have never had the time or resources to pursue a degree in a medical field. Often such individuals are dismissed for jobs in the medical profession, but we recognize the value of caring, compassionate men and women.
We specialize and focus on a population underserved by medical professionals who are unwilling, and often unable, to provide what is most needed: a companion equipped for the challenges that come with age.
Our Professional Caregivers provide support to senior citizens aging in place in their homes, helping them to achieve the most out of life while allowing them to remain in their homes.

“To Be a Blessing” Benevolence Fund
FootPrints Home Care recognizes that employees may experience hardships requiring emergency financial assistance. In response, the owners of FootPrints Home Care have created the To Be a Blessing 501(c)(3) Charity that will oversee the Benevolence Fund. By creating this fund, the owners of FootPrints hope to ease unexpected financial distress our employees may occasionally face.
Within the FootPrints Core Value of Servant Heart, we encourage the idea of “Ladies and Gentlemen Serving Ladies and Gentlemen” and this simply means that we help one another in love. The Benevolence fund is managed by the FootPrints Benevolence Committee.
If a FootPrints Home Care employee or an immediate family member needs emergency auto repair assistance or emergency medical assistance, the employee submits a confidential application to our Employee Care Committee for review and final determination. Upon approval, the To Be a Blessing Charity will allot the needed funds as a tax-free gift to the employee.

Sharing the Love
Our first Benevolence fund payout was to an employee who was gifted a car as a donation from her church. While it was a huge blessing to be gifted a car, she soon found out it needed work beyond what she could afford. The To Be a Blessing Benevolence fund was able to help our employee pay for much needed car repairs. She now has a reliable mode of transportation to continue being a blessing to the clients we serve.
