As in-home care providers, we bring peace of mind to the families we serve in the comfort of their own homes. What some don’t realize is that we also serve clients in independent living facilities. This program is called our Boutique Care Services plan, also known as our “Rounders” program.
As in-home care providers, we bring peace of mind to the families we serve in the comfort of their own homes. What some don’t realize is that we also serve clients in independent living facilities. This program is called our Boutique Care Services plan, also known as our “Rounders” program.
We provide a variety of short visits to our clients in 15-minute increments to help with assorted activities of daily living. These personalized services are provided by our highly qualified, professional caregivers. From getting your loved one out of bed and off to breakfast to helping with adult briefs or showering, these visits are an extra touch for those who need help with tasks throughout their day.
Currently, we are serving clients in Bear Canyon Estates, Fairwinds Rio Rancho, and the Montebello on Academy. We work closely with these facilities to ensure thriving relationships for our clients and caregivers. Our Boutique Care Services Manager, Stephanie Smith, is onsite each week to meet with staff and participate in onsite events. FootPrints also hosts/sponsors a variety of events throughout the year at each facility for all residents.
Services available may include, but are not limited to:
COMPANION CARE:
- Escort to and from meals
- Check and deliver mail
- Make up/prepare bed
- Computer assistance
- General cleanup/empty trash
- Pet care
- Companionship, conversation
- Other loose ends/special requests
PERSONAL CARE:
- Schedule medication reminders
- Assistance getting in and out of bed
- Assistance with bathroom and/or briefs
- Catheter bag change
- Bedside commode cleaning
- Check oxygen and/or glucose levels
- Record blood pressure
- Oral care services
- Apply creams and lotions
- Dressing assistance
ADVANCED CARE:
- Shower assistance
- Wellness checks by a Registered Nurse
- Medication Reconciliation by a Registered Nurse
- Overnight care (hourly rates apply)
- Transportation (hourly rates apply)
