The leader of Client Services, Shelley manages the the product of FootPrints Home Care: high quality, in-home care. Her mission is to continually develop herself and her skills to have a positive impact on her family and her work through the maximization of her time, talent, and energy. Such a calling has undoubtedly contributed to her and, very gratefully, FootPrints' success.

Her favorite hobbies are her family: her husband of 34 years, two daughters, two sons-in-law, and three “absolutely perfect” grandchildren.

Bryan Peck

Senior Scheduler

As a Care Manager, Bryan is the go to for any employment related matters. His primary function is overseeing FootPrints Home Care's employee review system. His love for working at FootPrints stems from “knowing I contribute to others’ needs in a meaningful way.”

Bryan enjoys the creation of visual art as he spends his free time pursuing interests in graphic design, photography, and drawing. The very logo that bears our name is a product of his efforts.

Daniel Sherry

Scheduling Coordinator

As the Scheduling Coordinator with FootPrints Home Care, Daniel’s daily goal is to match clients' varying needs to a team of high quality care providers ready to fulfill them. Daniel splits his time between scheduling in the FootPrints office and caregiving in the Montebello on Academy, where he serves our Boutique Care Services clients.

Daniel enjoys working at FootPrints Home Care which allows him to “add value to people’s lives in a meaningful way.”

When not working or going to school, Daniel enjoys biking, reading, and exercising.

Jeremy Flattley

Care Supervisor

As Care Supervisor, Jeremy is responsible for ensuring thriving relationships with our clients and the families we serve. Jeremy enjoys working at FootPrints because it gives him the opportunity to “be a blessing in someone’s life every day by serving their needs.”

Jeremy is married with two sons and in his spare time enjoys coaching his son’s soccer teams, serving as a youth pastor at church, and spending time with his family.

Kathy Wagner

Clinical Supervisor

As Clinical Manager, Kathy is the direct point of contact for all of our RNs, LPNs, and Home Health Aides as she traverses the city daily to test their performance against the standards upheld by FootPrints. Her very successful mastery of this role has to do with part of her mission: "creating balance among all my obligations."

With a diverse range of interests, Kathy spends much of her non working time scrapbooking, card making, practicing photography, and knitting.

Stephanie Smith

Boutique Care Services Manager

As Boutique Care Services Manager, Stephanie ensures that FootPrints’ assisted living facility clients receive a mix of care services tailored their unique needs. She loves working at FootPrints because the “company vision, mission, and corporate values match the principles and values that are personally important” to her.

In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys “trying new adventures” with her sons and being active in church.

Irene Villarreal

Billing Supervisor

As the Billing Specialist, Irene works diligently in billing, collections, and authorization management to ensure accuracy in our billing procedures while innovating our processes. Irene enjoys working at FootPrints “because of what FootPrints represent in values, mission, and vision.”

Irene enjoys spending time with her family, especially her son, along with reading, and fishing.

Yvette Pettine

Finance Coordinator

Yvette is a compliance leader, ensuring that FootPrints operates within all legal and ethical boundaries as well as its own internal policies. Her mission is to be a blessing to everyone she comes in contact with including coworkers, community contacts, and her family. 

While an avid 49ers fan and camping enthusiast, Yvette spends most of her time designing, building, and riding motorcycles—quite a talented team member.

Rachel Miller

Santa Fe Recruiting Coordinator

As Recruiting Coordinator for Santa Fe, Rachel’s primary goal is to hire high-quality, servant hearted caregivers for our growing clientele in Santa Fe and the surrounding community. Rachel is excited to work for FootPrints as she feels the company embodies her personal mission and calling: to help others that cannot help themselves and to serve her community.

Rachel loves spending time with her family and close friends. When not playing music, she enjoys reading, writing, and all things outdoors: fishing, camping and hiking.

Susan Padon

Albuquerque Recruiting Coordinator

The wise words of Dr. Seuss mirror Susan’s mission statement near identically. Every day she strives “to be a reflection of Christ” and a source of encouragement to all she comes in contact with always remembering to “Be still and know that He is God”. Such motivation suits her role perfectly as she is the primary driver of recruiting as she handles hiring and maintaining employee relationships.

Outside of work Susan is a highly talented interior design consultant and enjoys going to the movies and reading.
